Stoned Audio Bluetooth Ear Buds

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! We ordered two sets of these ear buds.

One pair never arrived because they sent it to the wrong address. The other set arrived damaged. We contacted them right way about these issues and they assured us they would get replacements sent out right away. Replacements were never sent and never arrived.

This has been going on for over a month now. It took over two months for the buds to even ship. The company kept giving multiple excuses as to why the ear buds were not shipping. One of the reason they indicated that there were issues with the charging case damaging from use, they stated they were changing the design to fix the issue.

Guess what was wrong with the one set we received. The charging case was damaged! And they were supposed to be brand new! We have sent multiple emails in an attempt to contact them.

We have tried to call them and there is no answer. It goes to a google number answering service.

We have requested refunds on our order and still have not received a refund. We spent ~$200 to get these buds and now we are out this money because we have no product or no refund.

Product or Service Mentioned: Stoned Audio Headphones.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $180.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Has anyone gotten a response from them? Im still waiting for a refund. I even reported them to the better business bureau and nothing happened from that either.

Same complaint as above, ordered and arrive broken, and now they won't respond!
